Program Chair Instead of having one person run all the programs, we are moving to a shared process. The entire board will recommend and approve presenters and each board member will take a turn at coordinating one chapter meeting per year. We have created a detailed how-to guide to make this easy. The Committee Chair is primarily a liaison role. The Chair will be responsible for coordinating the coordinators. The Chair will make sure someone is assigned to each meeting and that each person understands what s/he is supposed to do. The Chair gives advice and lends assistance when necessary. The Chair is the contact person for emergencies, special requests and problem-solving, as well as extra promotion needs.

Technology Chair
