How To Embrace & Live Out Your Organizational Culture

Presented by:

Suri Surinder, CEO

CTR Factor, Inc.

A positive workplace culture where people love going to work is invaluable to any organization. But an inclusive workplace culture isn’t easy to create and maintain. Companies winning at building an inclusive workplace culture have made it more than a poster on a wall, words in a white paper, or a presentation slide deck. They make culture a living, breathing part of every phase of an employee’s work life cycle. In order to truly drive an inclusive workplace, leaders need to understand and embrace their organizational workplace culture and be able to communicate and teach their employees and colleagues what the organizational culture means to the business. In this train-the-trainer session, CTR Factor will address the culture we want to achieve, and provide a quantitative way to measure how well people embody those principles through the assessment tool. It also creates ways for managers to enhance culturally appropriate behaviors on their teams through story-telling, demonstrating, coaching, and reinforcing. This program provides an aspirational ladder to becoming better at exhibiting the cultural norms through the white belt, yellow belt, green belt, black belt approach. CTR Factors Culture, Diversity & Inclusion Initiative views diversity and inclusion within this cultural framework instead of as a separate issue but identifying different leadership styles based on the strengths exhibited on the cultural norms.
