Speaker Bio: 

Jean Stetz-Puchalski, managing principal of Individual Differences at Work, is a past president of the Connecticut Chapter of the International Coaching Federation and expert in evaluating, coaching, and cultivating leaders who grow organizations. Jean holds a master’s degree in Applied Industrial Organizational Psychology, is a graduate of the Executive Coaching Academy, earned her coach certification through the Institute of Professional Coaching and holds the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and mentor coach through the International Coach Federation. 

Michael Crystal has thirty years of diverse experience as a talent leader, manager, coach, and facilitator. He has coached more than 300 C-suiters, leaders, and managers, and designed and facilitated hundreds of group sessions and training programs. He is the author of “Succeeding In Your Sandbox: A Straightforward Guide to Doing The Right Things Right When You’re In Charge.” Michael is certified as Master Corporate Executive Coach. He holds additional certifications from The Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coachingprogram, The Coaches Institute, the School of Coaching Mastery, and The Gestalt International Study Center. Michael is a Fellow of Harvard Medical School/McLean Hospital’s Institute of Coaching, a guest lecturer at the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business, and an adjunct professor at the Graduate School for Professional Studies at Manhattanville College. He has degrees in psychology, industrial management and organizational behavior, a diploma from Stanford University’s Advanced Management College, and advanced certifications in organizational change and development from Harvard and Columbia Universities.

Simone E. Morris is an Inclusive Leadership Expert and Career Coach passionate about empowering women to show up and show out boldly in their careers. Simone received her training from Coaches Training Institute and is certified by CTI and ICF. Simone coaches clients for her business and her strategic partners. Strategic Partners include Her New Standard and Five Frogs. In addition, she donates pro bono coaching to the non-profit, Stand Beside Them, Black Enterprise, and Diversity Best Practices. Simone has written several books and articles on career advancement and hosts the podcast, The Power of Owning Your Career

Anthony (Tony) Panos is a Partner at Organizational Performance Group (OPG). He specializes in executive and team coaching and training. His focus is to improve organizational culture and streamline operations. Tony has coached and trained 1000s of physicians, corporate managers, and executives. He has worked with both U.S. and international companies and in academic settings. Tony brings a wealth of business management and training experience to his coaching, training workshop, facilitation. He completed Burger King Corporation’s Management Program and spent 10 years with the company, progressing through the management ranks such as Franchise District Manager, and Regional Training Director. Before becoming a cofounder of OPG, Tony served as the Statewide Director of Management Programs in the Extension Division of the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. He has a BS and an MBA in Management.
