Julienne B. Ryan,

J. Ryan Partners – Be engaged at work

You are a learning & development professional, so you have built your reputation on your ability to figuring our challenges and finding solutions, juggling priorities and navigating change.

Then 2020 arrived and life changed!  Your home environment suddenly transformed into a miniature cityscape, with schools, health services, food services, IT, supply chain logistics and special events being run simultaneously and all using the same router. In between, you went to work and performed your role in new ways, and lived on Zoom

Here’s your opportunity to acknowledge your unprecedented, “I had to figure things out in an hour!” hero moments. This is the time to celebrate the big and small moments that only your fellow Learning & Development colleagues will appreciate. Come join us and share how you became the Guru of Zoom, the Paragon of Didactic Learning and the Champion of People Engagement!
