Speaker Bio: 

Kevin Gardiner is currently the COO of BeRemote, LLC, which helps some of the world’s largest companies optimize their remote and hybrid workforce. Kevin has nearly 2 decades of experience working with companies to improve their operational efficiencies, while also improving both the employee and the customer experience. He has worked in various Management and Senior Management positions at early-stage start-ups, multi-million dollar and multi-billion-dollar companies. Kevin is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at UConn, and has been a Student Mentor and Judge for UConn’s Innovation Quest Program since 2018.

Ellen Keithline Byrne, Ph.D. has over 20 years of experience as an executive coach, leader, and consultant. She is the co-founder of Her New Standard: The Playbook for Women Leaders, a business that accelerates women in leadership. Ellen has worked in Fortune 500 companies, smaller companies and a global non-profit. She holds a doctorate in Organizational Development & Change, an ICF certification, and a Masters-in-Counseling from Fairfield University. Ellen has appeared in Harvard Business Review, Forbes and Mindful.org.

George Dumigan is principal of New Haven Consulting Group, Inc (NHCG, Inc.). He has been a professional business coach for the past twenty years.  In this capacity, George has been successful in coaching several hundred professional executives through the process of making tough business decisions, developing quality business teams, and improving the business environment. In addition to being a professional coach and entrepreneur, George has an extensive background in business consulting, professional training, and sales with NHCG, Inc.

Ross Tartell, Ph.D. changes the trajectory of people’s lives. He uses his professional experience as an executive coach and Talent Management professional to help people become more successful in their work and improve their personal lives.

He is Principal of Ross Tartell, Ph.D. Consulting and teaches at Columbia University. Previously he was at GE Capital, and Pfizer. He has an M.B.A, and Ph.D. Ross is a two-time past President of the Southern Connecticut Chapter and is a member of the editorial boards for Training magazine and the OD Review.
